It’s A New Year…

This is the season for change.  As the new year starts, many of us are evaluating our current situation and setting new goals.  I have come across a few articles that I thought I would share.

My New Year’s Resolution is to cook for myself over the weekend, so I have good food to eat during the week when I am too busy to cook.  What are your resolutions?
