30 Day Shred – Update

So, according to Jillian Michaels, if you are diligent with your workouts and your eating habits, you will lose 20 lbs by the time you complete the 30 Day Shred…

And I am PROUD to say that it is TRUE!!!  Today was my weigh-in day (Weight Watchers has you pick a day of the week to weigh-in and record your progress).  I lost 20 lbs in January!!!

(If only it hadn’t been the 20 lazy pounds I had put on during the fall…  lol)

  Ripped in 30…  I am SO ready for you!!!
