Update – Recipe – Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp

This dish was great.  The only modification I would make to the recipe would be to add some hot peppers.  I prefer a little more heat.  I served the shrimp with cilantro/lime brown and red rice…  and a salad with sesame ginger dressing.
